Mark Hoppus (b. 1972) is the bassist and co-lead vocalist of blink-182, which he co-founded alongside Tom DeLonge. During DeLonge's absence from the band from 2015 to 2021, Hoppus was the only original member of blink-182's line-up. Outside of blink-182, Hoppus performs in Simple Creatures alongside Alex Gaskarth. Hoppus and Travis Barker formerly performed in the band +44 during blink-182's hiatus.
