Enema of the State is the third studio album of blink-182, released on June 1, 1999, by MCA Records. The album is also the first one to feature Travis Barker, who replaced Scott Raynor in 1998. To record their third album, the band turned to veteran producer Jerry Finn, who had previously worked with Green Day on their album Dookie. The album took three months of recording, spanning from January 1999 to March 1999.

Enema of the State was both a commercial and critical success, cited by many music critics as a landmark release in the pop punk genre. The album reached #9 on the Billboard 200 and sold over 15 million copies worldwide. "All the Small Things", "What's My Age Again?", and "Adam's Song" were released as singles to promote the album.
